2 bedroom holiday homes are up to 6 berth with double & twin bedrooms and pull out convertible in the lounge - the 1 bedroom are up to 4 berth with double bedroom and pull out convertible. All have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, hob, oven, microwave and dining area. The lounge has a gas fire and colour T.V. with freeview. The washing facilities comprise W.C., washbasin and shower.
All gas and electricity charges are included in the price. All bed linen is provided but please bring towels and tea towels.

A non refundable deposit of 25% subject to a minimum of £60 per week is required when booking. This will be deducted from the total cost, the remainder being due 3 weeks before arrival.
Discount for 2 people only in a 6 berth £20 (except in school holidays). Prices include up to 4 people in a 6 berth and 2 people in a 4 berth home - additional people £30 in addition per week each.
A travel cot, bed guard, highchair and DVD player are available to hire at £10 per week each.
One dog £30 per week extra where allowed in holiday homes. Smoking is only allowed in certain holiday homes - please ask when booking.
The holiday homes are available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Short breaks are available out of season - minimum 2 nights. Short breaks may be available at other times especially at short notice - please enquire.
