To book please contact us to check availability. A deposit of 25%, subject to a minimum of £60 per week for the static caravans and £30 per week for the touring pitches is required to confirm a booking. If the booking cost is less than this amount then full payment is needed – all deposits are non refundable
A £5 deposit will be required on arrival at the park for the security key to the access barrier. For security purposes the barrier near the entrance will be locked overnight. There is also a height barrier that may be used. Please note that when the height barrier is in use, motorhomes, caravans and cars with roof equipment will not be able to pass underneath.
Although we will try to assign a particular site or holiday caravan if requested, we reserve the right to reassign or alter pitches/holiday homes as necessary.
Holiday hire caravans are available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Touring pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellation - the hirer should ensure that they have adequate holiday cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance is available please ask. Without insurance we regret no refunds are given, however if you give as much notice as possible we will endeavour to relet your reservation and if successful will reduce the balance owed by the amount of the reletting. If we are unsuccessful you will remain liable for the full value of the holiday.
No refunds will be given if you choose to leave the site early for whatever reason. The management reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking for any reason including conduct detrimental to our other visitors or park. No refunds will be given if you are asked to leave the park.
After 11 p.m. and before 8 a.m. please be considerate with regard to noise.
Safety – Please respect the 5 m.p.h. park speed limit. (walking pace) Parents are responsible for the safety of their children while on the park at all times to ensure they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. Children must be supervised at all times and accompanied by an adult in the shower/ toilet areas, roads and by the watercourses. No washing lines on pitches please. A purpose built clothes drying area is provided on the park.
Help to keep the site tidy, dispose of litter in the bins provided. Please recycle paper, tins, glass, cloudy milk bottles, tetra packs, plastic and cardboard – please look for the recycling locations.
The park and its owners cannot be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, to visitors or their property however caused (including persons under the age of 18)
To conserve and protect the grass cars must not drive or park on the grass during wet or winter conditions. Tents should be moved once a week within the pitch and non breathable groundsheets lifted daily.
Bar-B-Q’s must be off the ground. Blocks can be found by the shop for this purpose.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead at all times and exercised and allowed to foul off the park. Please pick up all dog fouling and place it in the bins provided on site or the bin by the footpath through the fields. Please do not put dog fouling - even in bags- into refuse disposal bins on site or private bins off site. One well behaved pet is allowed in certain holiday homes only but must not be left in the holiday home unattended. All pets must have their own bedding and feeding containers and are not allowed on the furniture or beds in the static caravans.
The washing of cars and caravans on site is not permitted. No commercial vehicles will be admitted to the park. We are unable to accept all male/ female groups of 3 persons or more.
